Microware Group Ltd. and Weiye Holdings Group Limited have jointly announced the close of a voluntary unconditional cash offer made by Astrum Capital Management Limited on behalf of the Offeror to acquire all issued shares of Microware Group Limited, excluding those already owned by the Offeror and parties acting in concert. As of the announcement date, 129,710,600 shares are held by the public, representing approximately 43.24% of the issued shares. This ensures that Microware Group Ltd. continues to meet the minimum public float requirement. The announcement was made by Wang Guangbo, Chairman and executive Director of Microware Group Limited.
