OKP (SGX:5CF) secured a contract worth SG$258.3 million from the Land Transport Authority for the construction of new cycling path networks in the East Region of Singapore, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Under the terms, the company's subsidiary, Or Kim Peow Contractors will take on the design and construction of the pathways.
The 72-month contract is expected to complete on May 26, 2031.
The new contract takes the company's construction order book to SG$735.8 million.
Shares of the construction company were up nearly 5% in recent trading.
