Posco (KRX:005490) subsidiary Posco E&C plans to develop Otier Yongsan, a high-end residential complex at the Yongsan Maintenance Depot, in collaboration with 11 domestic and international experts.
UNStudio's Ben van Berkel will design a river-inspired exterior using Posco's PosMAC steel, while MIDAS will apply advanced structural analysis beyond seismic Grade 1 standards, among other collaborations, Posco said in a Friday press release.
Meanwhile, AI firm Ten Eleven conducted over 12,000 view simulations to ensure all units overlook the Han River. The Him E&C will design the "POSCO Big Link" passage connecting the Yongsan international business district and the Gateway.
Shares of Posco fell more than 2% in recent trade on Monday.
