Pro-Dex Inc. has announced a change in its independent registered public accounting firm following the merger of Moss Adams LLP with Baker Tilly US, LLP, effective June 3, 2025. As a result of this merger, Moss Adams has resigned as Pro-Dex's auditors, and Baker Tilly US, LLP has been appointed as the company's new independent registered public accounting firm. The transition was approved by the Audit Committee of Pro-Dex's Board of Directors. During the past two fiscal years and the interim period leading up to this announcement, Pro-Dex had no disagreements or reportable events with Moss Adams regarding accounting principles or practices. Moss Adams' audit reports for the fiscal years ending June 30, 2023, and 2024 were free of any adverse opinions or qualifications.
