Charisma Energy Services (SGX:5QT) received a no objection letter from the SGX for its trading resumption proposal, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Meanwhile, the company also secured a shareholders' approval for a proposed subscription, proposed grant of options, proposed convertible loan, proposed issue of settlement shares and proposed share consolidation.
