Neway Group Holdings Limited has announced a continuing connected transaction involving a Tenancy Agreement. The agreement, initially disclosed on 1 August 2023, involves the leasing of a property by a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company to a tenant for a three-year term, from 1 August 2023 to 31 July 2026. The monthly rent is set at HK$262,400, excluding additional charges. On 5 June 2025, the company agreed to grant a rent concession of HK$131,200 per month from 1 June 2024 to 30 September 2025. This concession is noted to be on normal commercial terms and is considered beneficial to both the company and its shareholders. The concession is exempt from certain regulatory requirements due to its size. All other terms of the original agreement remain unchanged.
