JNBY Design (HKG:3306) intends to bid for the land use right of a parcel of land in the Xihu district of Hangzhou city, China, to build a new modern park, a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The park to be built on the land, which has a total area of 203,308 square meters and can be used for industrial purposes for 50 years, will integrate digital research and development and intelligent warehousing and operation.
The starting bid price is around 281.2 million yuan and bidding is expected to be completed on or around June 30.
