On June 2, 2025, the company dismissed CBIZ CPAs P.C. and appointed Berkowitz Pollack Brant, Advisors + CPAs as the new auditor for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025. The decision, approved by the company's Audit Committee, follows the identification of material weaknesses in Algorhythm's internal control over financial reporting, as reported in their 2024 Annual Report. CBIZ, which was engaged in April 2025, did not issue an audit report before their dismissal, and there were no disagreements on accounting principles or practices between the company and CBIZ. Berkowitz Pollack Brant had not been consulted on any accounting issues prior to their engagement.
