Petco Health & Wellness (WOOF) reported fiscal Q1 net loss and sales late Thursday that missed market expectations.
Shares slumped 25% as intraday trading volume rose to over 18.4 million from a daily average of about 4.45 million.
Oblong (OBLG) said Friday it signed an agreement to raise about $7.5 million from a sale of about 1.99 million shares at $3.77 apiece in a private placement.
Shares retreated 14%, with trading volume jumping to more than 1.7 million from a daily average of roughly 384,000.
