Beijing Kingsoft Office Software (SHA:688111) plans to acquire the remaining 32% equity in its subsidiary, Shuke Network, for 253.7 million yuan.

Upon completion, the office software company will fully own Shuke Network.

Payment to the seven sellers of the stake will be completed within 20 business days after conditions are met. Key sellers must buy Kingsoft Office shares, locked for five years, after the transaction.
