CION Investment Corporation has announced its quarterly repurchase offer for the CION Ares Diversified Credit Fund, effective as of June 6, 2025. The offer allows shareholders to sell their shares back to the fund at the net asset value on the repurchase pricing date. The offer is limited to five percent of the fund's outstanding shares and may be subject to pro rata repurchase if oversubscribed. Class C shareholders who have held shares for less than 365 days may incur a 1% contingent deferred sales charge.
