Hanmi Semiconductor (KRX:042700) set up a dedicated team called Silver Phoenix to support its TC Bonder 4 equipment for HBM4 production, the chipmaker said in a press release on Thursday.

The team, comprising around 50 semiconductor equipment specialists, will focus on optimizing TC Bonder 4 units installed at customer sites manufacturing high-bandwidth memory (HBM) for AI semiconductors, the release said.

The team also has 30 hybrid four-wheel drive SUVs to ensure swift technical response.
