Dashan Education Holdings Ltd. held its Annual General Meeting on 6 June 2025. All proposed resolutions were approved. These included the re-election of Mr. You Huanyu as an independent non-executive Director, the re-appointment of Zhonghui Anda CPA Limited as the auditor, authorizing the Board to fix the auditor's remuneration, granting a general mandate to the Directors to allot, issue and deal with additional shares, and granting a general mandate to the Directors to repurchase shares.
