Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CM) said Friday that it plans to redeem all 1 billion Canadian dollars ($730.8 million) of its 2.01% debentures due 2030.
The debentures will be redeemed at 100% of their principal amount as of July 21, 2025, plus any accrued and unpaid interest, the company said.
The redemption will be paid by general corporate funds, the company said.
