S-Oil (KRX:010950) partnered with the Oil Now app to launch a real-time, location-based map service that helps users locate gas stations supplying fuel to public institutions, the petroleum and refinery company said in a Wednesday release.

The partnership follows S-OIL's selection as the 6th Joint Fuel Purchaser by South Korea's Public Procurement Service in April.

Under the partnership with Oil Now, S-OIL will supply high-quality fuel to around 10,300 public institutions through 1,800 gas stations over the next three years. The collaboration aims to boost convenience for public agency vehicles by bringing together station locations, price comparisons, and navigation tools into the Oil Now platform, the release said.
