Good Times Restaurants Inc. has announced a change in its certifying accountants following the merger of Moss Adams LLP with Baker Tilly US, LLP, effective June 3, 2025. As a result, Moss Adams has resigned as the Company's independent registered public accounting firm. Subsequently, the Audit Committee of the Company's Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Baker Tilly US, LLP as the new independent registered public accounting firm. The audit reports by Moss Adams for the financial years ending September 24, 2024, and September 26, 2023, were free from adverse opinions or disagreements on accounting principles, practices, or financial statement disclosures. The company provided Moss Adams the opportunity to review the current report and confirm their agreement with the disclosed information.
