Nimy Resources (ASX:NIM) confirmed the presence of extensive gallium-hosting rock formations across the Central Zone of the Block 3 project, part of its Mons project in Western Australia, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
Recent intercepts at the Central Zone suggest a potentially continuous mineralized system from Block 3 West to Block 3 East, spanning over 1.5 kilometers of strike, the filing said.
Fieldwork continues in the Block 3 prospect area, focusing on high-priority gallium-in-soil anomalies untested by drilling, per the filing.
Shares were up 7% in afternoon trade on Thursday.
