Xinjiang Torch Gas Completes Acquisition of Litai Natural Gas; Shares Up 5%

Xinjiang Torch Gas (SHA:603080) completed the acquisition of Yushan Litai Natural Gas, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Thursday.

The Chinese natural gas distributor received the changes in the license from the Yushan County Administration for Market Regulation.

Litai Natural Gas was acquired from Jiangxi Zhongjiu Natural Gas Group, the filing said.

Xinjiang Torch Gas' shares jumped nearly 5% in recent trade.
