Eagle Nice (International)'s (HKG:2368) attributable profit fell 17% to HK$217.2 million in the fiscal year ended March 31 from HK$263.5 million in fiscal 2024, according to a Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.

Earnings/Loss per share at the sportswear manufacturer decreased to HK$0.385 from HK$0.493 in the prior-year period.

Revenue declined 18% to HK$4.81 billion from HK$4.07 billion in the year-ago period.

The company declared a final dividend of HK$0.04 per share, payable Sept. 12 to shareholders on record as of Aug. 29.
