ReShape Lifesciences (RSLS) said Monday it priced an offering of about 1.06 million shares at $2.5 apiece, targeting roughly $2.6 million in gross proceeds.

Shares sank 40%, with intraday trading volume of over 1.94 million against a daily average of about 1.64 million.

The Children's Place (PLCE) shares slumped 26% after the firm posted a wider Q1 adjusted net loss amid lower net sales.

More than 3.86 million shares traded intraday, compared with a daily average of about 476,000.

Nuwellis (NUWE) priced a public offering of shares and pre-funded warrants to raise some $4.3 million. Each is accompanied with warrants to purchase shares.

Shares retreated 39% as intraday trading volume surged to more than 31 million from a daily average of roughly 109,000.
