Nathoo brings over 30 years of experience in international financial and capital markets, with expertise in the energy, power, and utilities sectors. He is currently a Managing Partner at Tx3 Sage Rock and serves on the Board of Directors of Cabot Corporation. Nathoo holds an MBA from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Dartmouth College. The board now has nine members.
