Technology stocks were mixed premarket Monday with the Technology Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLK) up 0.4% and the SPDR S&P Semiconductor ETF (XSD) 0.2% lower recently.

IonQ (IONQ) has agreed to acquire Oxford Ionics in a stock and cash transaction valued at $1.08 billion, the companies said. IonQ shares were more than 12% higher pre-bell.
