Latin Metals Inc., based in Vancouver, British Columbia, has announced that it has secured a drill permit for its Organullo Gold Project located in Salta Province, Argentina. The Social & Environmental Impact Report (SEIR) has been approved, allowing for exploration drilling up to 11,900 meters of diamond drilling. The permit is granted to Cardero Argentina S.A., a wholly owned subsidiary of Latin Metals. The project is under an option agreement with AngloGold Argentina Exploraciones S.A., a subsidiary of AngloGold Ashanti plc, which has the option to earn up to an 80% interest in the project. This permit marks a significant milestone as AngloGold Ashanti prepares to commence drilling, adhering to the approved environmental and community obligations.
