Venu Holding (VENU) said Tuesday it awarded contracts to $Aramark(ARMK-W)$'s (ARMK) Sports + Entertainment for facilities management at three of its amphitheaters.

The agreement, which also includes an equity investment in Venu, covers food and beverage concessions, artist and branded venue retail, custodial and grounds maintenance, and cleaning and engineering services.

Aramark will provide services at the company's Sunset Amphitheater at Broken Arrow in Oklahoma, Sunset Amphitheater at McKinney in Texas, and Ford Amphitheater in Colorado.
