New Silkroad Culturaltainment Limited has announced that Mr. Liu Yuzhen has resigned as an executive director and from all other positions at the company and its subsidiaries, effective June 11, 2025, to focus on other commitments. The current board includes five executive directors: Mr. Ma Chenshan, Mr. Wang Gengyu, Mr. Zhang Jian, Mr. Hang Guanyu, and Mr. Zhao Bin, along with three independent non-executive directors: Mr. Ting Leung Huel, Stephen, Mr. Chow On Kiu, and Ms. Wen Yi.
