NextNRG (NXXT) entered into a partnership with Hudson Sustainable Group to develop and finance clean energy projects across the US.
The agreement sets a framework for projects including utility-scale solar, battery storage, smart microgrids and wireless EV charging infrastructure, NextNRG said Thursday in a statement.
Hudson will have priority access to fund selected projects from NextNRG's expanding national pipeline, and the deal gives NextNRG access to new opportunities led by Hudson in areas such as fleet electrification and municipal energy resilience.
