Wang On Properties Limited has announced a major transaction involving the disposal of 20% interests in joint venture companies and a new business collaboration through the formation of new joint ventures. On June 12, 2025, the company revealed the details of these transactions, which include significant changes in equity interests for its subsidiaries, Wickert Investments and Ever Sonic Enterprises. Both subsidiaries will see their equity interests in Fortune Harbour and Mega Hope reduced to 15% each. The company estimates a loss of approximately HK$202.89 million as a result of the disposal. The business collaboration will focus on real-estate asset management, including aspects like rebranding, remarketing, renovation, and daily operations.
