South Korean e-commerce firm Coupang suspended the sale and inbound shipments of certain imported food products via its Rocket Growth fulfillment service, The Korea Herald reported Wednesday.
Recent enforcement actions by the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety, which fined several importers and retailers for violating food regulations, led to the move, the report said.
Rocket Growth allows vendors to store goods at Coupang's logistics centers, with the company managing delivery and returns, it said.
