Verint Systems Inc., known as The CX Automation Company™, has announced a significant partnership with BT Group, a leading telecommunications company in the U.K. BT Group is leveraging Verint's advanced AI solutions, including the Coaching Bot, Wrap Up Bot, and CX/EX Scoring Bot, to enhance both customer and employee experiences while boosting revenue in its sales contact centers. Following a successful initial deployment, BT Group plans to expand the use of Verint bots by tenfold, scaling from 450 to 4,500 agents. This collaboration aims to improve real-time agent assistance, drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and reduce customer churn, ultimately providing exceptional service to over 25 million EE, BT, and PlusNet customers across the U.K.
