Neusoft Group Ltd. has announced an update regarding its acquisition of land use rights in Dalian City, Liaoning Province, China. The company, through its affiliated entity Dalian Neusoft University of Information, has entered into supplementary terms with the Dalian Natural Resources Bureau. These terms pertain to Land Parcel B, where the building area has been increased from 8,100 to 8,800 square meters. Consequently, the land grant fee has been adjusted by an additional RMB1,124.2 thousand, with the revised total consideration for the acquisition now standing at RMB14,134.2 thousand. The additional fee is to be paid within 30 days of the supplementary agreement's execution. Other terms of the original contracts remain unchanged.
