Genscript Biotech (HKG:1548) granted a total of 7,401,660 restricted shares to various participants under a 2019 restricted share award scheme, a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

Of the total, 23,276 restricted shares were granted to executive director Li Zhu, 601,264 to rotating chief executive officer Weihui Shao, 6,707,292 to certain employees, and 69,828 to two individual consultants.
