Centrex (ASX:CXM) said the second meeting of creditors has now been reconvened to be held on June 16, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.

Creditors will meet to vote on the company's deed of company arrangement as proposed by PRL Global (ASX:PRG), to return the company and its unit Agriflex to the control of the directors or to place the company into liquidation, the filing said.
