Arq Inc. has announced a change in its certifying accountants following the merger of its independent registered public accounting firm, Moss Adams, LLP, with Baker Tilly US, LLP, effective June 3, 2025. As a result, Moss Adams has resigned as the auditors of Arq Inc., and the company's Audit Committee has approved the appointment of Baker Tilly as the new independent registered public accounting firm. The transition comes without any disagreements or reportable events concerning accounting principles or practices. Moss Adams' audit reports for the years ending December 31, 2024 and 2023, were unmodified and did not contain any adverse opinions. A letter from Moss Adams to the Securities and Exchange Commission confirming their agreement with the statements made by Arq Inc. is filed as Exhibit 16.1 to the Form 8-K.
