Charoen Pokphand Enterprise (Taiwan) (TPE:1215) cumulatively sold 8.71 million shares of CITIC (HKG:0267) on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange for NT$351 million.
The shares were sold between Oct. 3, 2024, and June 6, 2025, at an average price of HK$10.20 per share, according to a Friday Taiwan Exchange filing.
After the disposal, the company still holds 11.9 million CITIC shares, or 0.04% of the company, valued at NT$364 million, the poultry processor added.
