China Aerospace Times Electronics (SHA:600879) completed the issuance of ultra-short-term bonds worth 350 million yuan, according to a Thursday disclosure on the Shanghai bourse.

The bond has a 1.81% coupon rate and a term of 158 days, the Chinese aerospace company said.

China Merchants Bank (HKG:3968, SHA:600036) is the main underwriter of the issuance.

China Aerospace Times Electronics' shares closed over 1% lower.
