Liaoning SG Automotive Group's (SHA:600303) vehicle sales in May dropped 51% year on year to 96 units from 195 units, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Saturday.

Vehicle output fell 55% to 110 units during the same month from 242 units a year earlier.

For the first five months of the year, the Chinese vehicle and component manufacturer's sales slid 40% to 643 units from 1,070 units, while output declined 60% to 587 units from 1,463 units in the previous year, the filing said.
