Pure Hydrogen (ASX:PH2) subsidiary, Real Energy Queensland, secured a potential commercial area (PCA) declaration from the Queensland government for a 15-year term for the Windorah gas project in the Cooper Basin, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.

The permit was obtained through an application for PCA number 341, lodged under Authority to Prospect 927, for a 15-year term ending on June 5, 2040, the filing said.

The company has a 100% operating interest in the project, per the filing.

Shares fell past 1% in morning trade Wednesday.
