Camsing Healthcare's (SGX:BAC) waiver application was rejected by the SGX RegCo, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

The regulator said that that there were no extenuating reasons for the waiver to be granted and has ordered the company to issue its annual and sustainability reports for 2025.
