Geo Energy Resources (SGX:RE4) issued and allotted 340,000 shares following the exercise of same number of options granted under the share option scheme, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Friday.
The shares are expected to be listed on or around June 10, with trading slated for commencement on the same date.
Following the above issuance, the total number of shares of the company has increased to 1,422,013,113 shares.
