Indian real estate developer Prestige Estates Projects (NSE:PRESTIGE, BOM:533274) has incorporated a joint venture company named as 'Canopy Living LLP', according to a Friday filing to the Indian stock exchanges.
The joint venture company will deal in the business of real estate development in the region of Chennai in Tamil Nadu, India.
Prestige holds a 50% stake in the new entity with a capital investment of 10,000 Indian rupees.
