Sheffield Green Completes Acquisition of Training Services Business in Spain

Sheffield Green (SGX:SGR) completed the acquisition of the Stier Training Services business in Las Palmas, Spain, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

The acquisition was made through indirect wholly owned subsidiary, Stier Training Services SLU, for 1.4 million euros.

Following the acquisition, the company has also secured commercial contracts in Spain.
