Yuexiu Transport Infrastructure Limited has announced a discloseable and connected transaction through the signing of an Entrusted Construction Management Agreement. This agreement pertains to the Huocun Interchange Common Ramps Improvement Project and involves collaboration between GNSR Company and GSZ Company. Under the agreement, GSZ Company will pay GNSR Company an entrusted fee, with a maximum estimated amount of RMB536,170,000. The project, which includes the improvement of ten ramps shared by the GNSR Expressway and the Guangzhou-Shenzhen Section of the Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway, aims to enhance traffic conditions in the Greater Bay Area. This collaboration follows arm's length negotiations and aligns with government guidelines and industry standards.
