SoftMedx Healthcare Limited has announced a further extension to the long stop date of its restructuring agreement, now set for 31 December 2025. This decision comes after discussions with the Investor, acknowledging the additional time needed to meet the Resumption Conditions mandated by the SFC and the Stock Exchange. The original deadline was 30 June 2025. Conditions (d), (e), (f), and (g) of the agreement remain unfulfilled, but both parties are committed to completing the restructuring. Trading in the company's shares remains suspended, and stakeholders are advised to exercise caution.
