Yowie Recommends Shareholders Accept Offer to Acquire Keybridge

Yowie Group (ASX:YOW) recommended that its shareholders accept the company's off-market takeover bid for Keybridge Capital (ASX: KBC) in the absence of a superior proposal, according to a June 13 Australian bourse filing.

Under the deal, Keybridge shareholders will receive one fully paid ordinary share in the company for each fully paid ordinary share they hold, the filing said.

The offer opens on June 27 and closes on July 28, the filing added.
