Antam (ASX:ATM) said it remains committed to distributing the net profit for the full-year 2024 as dividends, a decision authorized at its annual general meeting held Thursday, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.
In the meeting, the company disclosed a dividend distribution of 3.65 trillion Indonesian rupiah, or 100% of the net profit attributable to the owners of the parent company.
In 2024, the company recorded its all-time-high net sales of 69.19 trillion rupiah, up 69% compared with 2023, and a net profit of 3.85 trillion rupiah, up 25% from 2023.
