LG Electronics (KRX:066570) unveiled webOS Hub 3.0, the latest version of its TV platform for third-party brands, bringing advanced AI capabilities and broader hardware support.
The webOS Hub 3.0 is initially available for 60Hz UHD TVs. It will expand to 120Hz mini-LED TVs in July. Key upgrades comprise ThinQ AI voice recommendations, AI Picture, AI Sound, and neural network super resolution, LG Electronics said in a Friday release.
The platform now supports Wi-Fi 6, Auracast Bluetooth audio, Multiview, and Always On Display, it said.
Shares of LG Electronics fell nearly 2% in recent trade on Monday.
