GRP's (SGX:BLU) chief financial officer, Low Shao Khang Gerard, will resign from the role, effective July 12, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Low is resigning to pursue his personal interests, the filing said.
The company is searching for Low's successor.
