Miko International (HKG:1247) completed the placing of 31,632,000 shares to at least six investors at HK$1.35 apiece to raise net proceeds of HK$41.9 million, a June 13 Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The shares represent around 14.45% of children's apparel maker's enlarged issued share capital.

Proceeds from the issue will be used to further develop the firm's supply chain management business.
