GSH (SGX:BDX) raised SG$34.9 million in aggregate gross proceeds from issuance of commercial papers on the digital securities platform, SDAX, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Thursday.

The digital securities were issued on the SDAX digital platform on the same day, the filing added.

The company's controlling shareholder, Sam Goi Seng Hui subscribed for a principle amount of SG$31 million, representing 98.29% of the GSH D001_9 issue.
