Office Properties Income Trust has announced the election of Timothy Pohl to its Board of Trustees as an Independent Trustee. Pohl, the founder of TRP Advisors, LLC, brings over three decades of experience in corporate restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, and financial advisory. His previous roles include managing director at Lazard and co-head of the global corporate restructuring practice at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP.
